- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
- Product Photos: Photos you take or upload for listing purposes. These are processed by our AI to identify items and generate descriptions.
- Listing Data: Product titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and other listing details you create or edit.
- Platform Credentials: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (eBay, Shopify). We store access tokens securely to manage listings on your behalf. We never store your platform passwords.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including features used and actions taken.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Information from Third Parties
- eBay: When you connect your eBay account, we receive an OAuth token to create and manage listings. We access your eBay seller profile and listing data as needed to provide the Service.
- Shopify: When you connect your Shopify store, we receive an access token to create and manage products. We access your store's product catalog as needed to provide the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process product photos using AI to identify items and generate listing details
- Create and manage listings on your connected platforms (eBay, Shopify)
- Look up market pricing data to suggest competitive prices
- Generate studio-quality product backgrounds
- Apply watermarks to product images when enabled
- Communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support
3. AI Processing
Shopdillo uses artificial intelligence to analyze product photos, classify items, and generate listing descriptions. Photos are sent to our secure servers for processing and are not used to train AI models. Processed results are returned to your device and stored only as part of your listing data.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Connected Platforms: When you list an item, we send your listing data (title, description, photos, price) to eBay and/or Shopify as directed by you.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services (cloud hosting, AI processing) that may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers and encrypted in transit. Product photos are processed and not retained beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Your data is hosted on secure servers in the United States.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Listing data is retained until you delete it. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Disconnect linked platforms (eBay, Shopify) at any time
